Biography

Dora Reynosa, also known artistically as "By Zeneth", is a Mexican visual artist and muralist who has made a significant impact on the art scene in Dallas, Tx.

Born in Acuña, Coahuila, Mexico, Reynosa moved to the U.S. as a child, facing cultural and emotional challenges that later influenced her artistic journey. Her use of vibrant colors and abstract forms create a sense of playfulness that contrasts beautifully with the deeper themes of healing and cultural identity she explores.

Reynosa's ability to infuse her work with elements from her Mexican heritage, while also addressing universal emotions like childhood joy and trauma, adds layers of meaning that resonate with a wide audience.

Her murals, in particular, stand out for their boldness and the way they transform public spaces into reflections of both personal and collective histories. The way she draws from Mesoamerican glyphs and modernist compositions shows a deep respect for tradition while pushing the

boundaries of contemporary art.

Reynosa has been involved in various notable projects, including large-scale murals in Dallas and a residency at The Other Art Fair, where she explored new artistic mediums and themes like sustainability and individuality.

Reynosa's story is one of resilience and creativity, using art to navigate and express her complex experiences as an immigrant and as someone who has faced significant personal struggles. Today, she is recognized not only for her artistic talent but also for her ability to inspire and uplift others through her work.
